Handmade Supplies
Each group of rats comes with a three pound bag of food, a two-tier hammock, and a climbing rope. Additional handmade supplies can be purchased too!
Hammocks - Starts at $10
These make great sleepers, hides, and fall breakers. Rats can use them to rest on, climb on, and catch themselves on when they fall. They are made of two layers of fleece, a safe fabric for rats. I can make one, two, or three tiers!
Climbing Ropes - Starts at $10
I can make thick sisal ropes that are easy for rats to grip and helps to dull their nails. I can also make colorful jute rope that can be made to match your cage theme. Sisal ropes use a rat-safe glue to ensure stability.
Shelf Liners - Starts at $20
If your cage has wire shelves, it's important to cover them so your rats don't hurt their feet. I make my shelf liners from two layers of fleece with an ultra-absorbent middle layer to keep moisture and urine away from your rats.
Hides, Tunnels, Bridges - Starts at $15
Fleece can be used to make many shapes for rats to hide, rest, and catch themselves on. I make cubes, tunnels, bridges with snuggle pods underneath, and more!
Crochet Hides - Starts at $20
I use jersey or fleece yarn, this will not unravel and is safe for tiny rat toes! I can make these in a variety of shapes that can match your cage theme.
Rope Bridges and Chews - Starts at $10
These bridges and chews are made with willow sticks, jute rope, unfinished wooden beads, and rat-safe glue. They are good fall-breakers and chew toys, and are especially fun to hide treats inside - they will be chewed to bits in no time!
